HOKUTO CORPORATION <1379> [TSE Prime] announced a previously undisclosed earnings forecast in the afternoon session on December 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 is expected to decrease by 2.4% from the previous period to 4.6 billion yen.

At the same time, the annual dividend remains undecided.
