Guidance Update Report

O-WELL CORPORATION <7670> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on December 13th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 55.6%, from the previous forecast of 900 million yen to 1.4 billion yen (compared to 1.52 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 41.0% to 8.3%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income has been revised upward 94.9%, from the previous forecast of 527 million yen to 1.02 billion yen (compared to 1.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 56.3% to 14.8%.
