TOSEI CORPORATION <8923> extended its rally today, hitting an intraday high of \1,703, a 7.6% gain. A large shareholding report filed with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on April 6 revealed that U.S.-based investment advisor Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Company (GMO) has emerged as a major shareholder with a 5.07% stake.
