PORT Rebounds on Launch of AI Career Agent Service
PORT INC. <7047> rebounded. After the close of trading on the 2nd, the company announced the launch of its AI Career Agent service, which uses AI to perform career advisor duties for job seekers, a development viewed as positive news.
Initially, the AI Career Agent will handle part of the interviewing activities, after which dedicated career advisors will take over to provide support to job seekers. By utilizing the AI Career Agent, the company will be able to serve job seekers who could not be accommodated under the current staffing structure of career advisors, provide 24-hour support, and offer optimal job recommendations and application assistance through the AI Career Agent. This is expected to improve job seeker satisfaction, increase the number of job seekers served, further boost job placement numbers, and contribute to improved operating profit margins through enhanced productivity.
