ABC-MART's March same-store sales up for third consecutive month
ABC-MART <2670> announced its sales results for March after the market close on the day, with same-store sales rising 5.5% year-on-year, marking the third consecutive month of growth.
Despite having one fewer Saturday compared to the same month last year, the company benefited from warm weather and stable conditions, as well as strong inbound tourism, which drove customer traffic particularly to street-level stores. By product category, newly released sneakers with enhanced promotions performed well, while loafers and kids' shoes saw solid demand for the new school term. In apparel, lightweight outerwear remained strong. Total sales across all stores increased 7.1% year-on-year.
