AMG HOLDINGS rises for first time in 5 days on upward revision to operating profit forecast for March 2026
AMG HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <8891> rose for the first time in five days. Around 9:00 a.m., the company announced that its consolidated operating profit for the fiscal year ending March 2026, which is still being compiled, is expected to reach \1.84 billion (up 18.6% year-on-year), revised upward from the previous forecast of \1.65 billion. Net profit is also expected to reach \1.07 billion (up 9.7% year-on-year), revised upward from the previous forecast of \1.0 billion. The news was viewed as positive by the market.
Although revenue was revised slightly downward to \31.3 billion (up 2.9% year-on-year) from the previous forecast of \32.0 billion, the company said profits were boosted by steady progress in contracted construction projects in its construction business during the fourth quarter, as well as sales volume and gross profit in its real estate development business exceeding the plan.
