SAKURAI Announces Share Buyback of Up to 200,000 Shares
SAKURAI LTD. <7255> announced after the close of trading on the 31st that it will implement a share buyback program. The company will repurchase up to 200,000 shares (6.02% of issued shares excluding treasury stock) or \100 million, whichever comes first. The acquisition period will run from April 1 to September 30. The purpose is to improve capital efficiency and execute agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
