Recruit Holdings Announces Share Buyback of Up to 64 Million Shares
Recruit Holdings Co.,Ltd. <6098> announced after the close of trading on the 31st that it will conduct a share buyback program. The company set an upper limit of 64 million shares (4.58% of issued shares excluding treasury stock) or \350 billion, with an acquisition period from April 1 to November 30. The shares will be repurchased through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as well as through the TSE's off-exchange trading system (ToSTNeT-3).
