GENERATION PASS Surges in Late Afternoon Trading After Obtaining Class III Medical Device Manufacturing and Sales License from Tokyo Metropolitan Government
GENERATION PASS <3195> surged in late afternoon trading. Around 3:00 p.m. on the 31st, the company announced it had obtained a Class III Medical Device Manufacturing and Sales License from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Previously, its Chinese subsidiary, Qingdao Xinzhan Textile Trade, manufactured general medical device recovery wear, while the company relied on external partners for domestic sales in Japan. With this new license, the company will be able to handle everything from manufacturing to domestic sales and after-sales support in-house. The news was viewed positively by investors, as the company expects to improve profit margins through supply chain efficiency and direct sales.
