DENSO Rises on New Mid-Term Plan Targeting Sales of Over \8 Trillion
DENSO CORPORATION <6902> is being bought. The company announced around 11:30 a.m. today that it has formulated a mid-term business plan called "CORE2030" covering fiscal years 2026 to 2030. The plan's consolidated sales revenue target of over \8 trillion (compared to an expected \7.42 trillion for the fiscal year ending March 2026) appears to be attracting buyers.
Over the five-year period through 2030, the company plans to invest \3.7 trillion in research and development, \2.2 trillion in capital expenditure, and \700 billion in value creation foundations such as IT, intellectual property, and human resources. The company also aims to allocate over \8 trillion in total toward growth investments and shareholder returns.
