NITTO DENKO Gains on Share Buyback Plan of Up to 2.97% of Outstanding Shares
NITTO DENKO CORPORATION <6988> traded firmly. The company announced after the close of trading on the 30th a share buyback program with an upper limit of 20 million shares (2.97% of issued shares excluding treasury stock) and a total acquisition value of up to \50 billion. The stock was supported by buying on the back of positive views toward the company's shareholder return policy. The acquisition period is set from April 8 to August 31.
