Speee extends gains for third day on joint venture agreement with Sompo Holdings for renovation DX business◇
Speee,Inc. <4499> extended its gains for the third consecutive day. At 9:00 a.m. today, the company announced it had signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Sompo Holdings, Inc. <8630> to establish a joint venture for the renovation DX business, which attracted buying interest. Speee will establish a new subsidiary in preparation for the joint venture with Sompo Holdings and transfer its renovation DX business, including "Minna no Repair," a service that connects disaster victims with building repair contractors. The equity stake has not yet been determined. The companies are currently in discussions toward signing a final agreement, and the impact on consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending September 2026 will be disclosed once it can be calculated.
