SENSHUKAI shares rise on upward revision to net profit forecast following Chiba call center sale
SENSHUKAI CO.,LTD. <8165> traded higher. After the close of trading on the 30th, the company announced revisions to its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026. The net profit forecast has been raised from the previous \100 million to \1.35 billion (down 65.7% year-on-year), attracting buying interest. As part of structural reforms in its mail-order business, the company is selling the land and building of its closed Chiba call center, and will record a \1.25 billion gain on the sale of fixed assets. The property transfer is scheduled for April 17.
