IBIDEN <4062> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 14.21 yen to The Nikkei. Below, KIKKOMAN <2801> was at 4.01 yen, KONAMI <9766> was at 2.34 yen, KEYENCE <6861> was at 1.67 yen, Trend Micro <4704> was at 1.6 yen.
By industry, 32 of the 33 industries gained, with only one industry, Marine Transportation Sector, lost. Securities & Commodities Futures Sector ranked as a top gainer, followed by Electric Power & Gas Sector, Banks Sector, Mining Sector, Metal Products Sector, and Pulp & Paper Sector.
