The top positive contributor was Tokyo Electron <8035>, pushing up The Nikkei by 270.28 yen. This was followed by ADVANTEST <6857> at 115.48 yen, Recruit Holdings <6098> at 47.35 yen, FAST RETAILING <9983> at 45.28 yen, KYOCERA <6971> at 32.88 yen.

KONAMI <9766> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 7.07 yen to The Nikkei. Below, BANDAI NAMCO <7832> was at 5.52 yen, NEXON <3659> was at 4.41 yen, Kao <4452> was at 3.12 yen, KIKKOMAN <2801> was at 2.96 yen.
