SENSHU ELECTRIC, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 6%, Exceeded Record Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 10 Yen

SENSHU ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. <9824> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on June 4th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2026 (November 2025 to April 2026) increased 16.3% from the same period last year, reaching 5.84 billion yen.

In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 6.4%, from the previous forecast of 11.0 billion yen to 11.7 billion yen (compared to 9.27 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 18.6% to 26.2%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the May to October period (second half) is expected to expand 37.9% from the same period last year, reaching 5.85 billion yen.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 150 yen to 160 yen (compared to 150 yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 54.4% from the same period last year, reaching 3.35 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.5% in the same period last year to 8.0%.
