Sekisui House,Ltd. <1928> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on June 4th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2027 (February to April) expanded 72.4 billion yen, an increase 54.9% compared to the same period last year. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 314 billion yen was 23.1%, almost the same as the five-year average of 23.1%.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 6.7% in the same period last year to 8.4%.
