ITO EN,LTD. <2593> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 1st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended April 2026 was 1.3% from the previous period to 23.2 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending April 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 11.9% from the previous period to 20.5 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 52 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 28.7% from the same period last year, reaching 6.07 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.6% in the same period last year to 4.8%.
