Earnings ReportNATOCO CO.,LTD. <4627> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2026 (November 2025 to April 2026) expanded 1.02 billion yen, an increase 90.3% compared to the same period last year, exceeded the previous forecast of 0.73 billion yen.
Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.55 billion yen was 66.1%, also surpassing the five-year average of 40.7%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the May to October period (second half) is expected to drop 45.8% from the same period last year to 0.52 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 4.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.64 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 5.3% in the same period last year to 8.6%.
