Earnings ReportKITAC CORPORATION <4707> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2026 (November 2025 to April 2026) increased 13.1% from the same period last year, reaching 233 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 259 million yen was 90.0%, also surpassing the four-year average of 80.7%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the May to October period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 26 million yen (compared to a loss of 43 million yen in the same period last year).
In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 42.9% from the same period last year, reaching 190 million yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 12.8% in the same period last year to 19.5%.
