WDB HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <2475> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 9.8% from the previous period to 4.59 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.4% to 4.66 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 94 yen, an increase of 31.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
