Earnings ReportBUSINESS BRAIN SHOWAOTA INC. <9658> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 21.0% from the previous period to 2.98 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 4.7% from the previous period to 2.84 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 133 yen to 135 yen (compared to 78 yen in the prior term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 47 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual increase of 4.4%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 82.7% from the same period last year, reaching 0.93 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.4% in the same period last year to 7.4%.
