Earnings ReportSYSMEX CORPORATION <6869> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 dropped by 33.9% from the previous period to 35.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 1.5% to 36.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 1.76 billion yen, an 84.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 14.3% in the same period last year to 2.3%.
