Earnings ReportChoei Inc. <2993> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:31). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 2.7% from the previous period to 1.41 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 2.3% from the previous period to 1.38 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 100 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit dropped to 0.26 billion yen, a 35.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 19.0% in the same period last year to 14.8%.
