Earnings ReportNeturen Co., Ltd. <5976> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 14.7% from the previous period to 2.66 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 6.1% from the previous period to 2.50 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 67 yen to 71 yen (compared to 51 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 71 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 27.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.88 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.4% in the same period last year to 4.7%.
