Earnings ReportMIYAJI ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. <3431> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 49.1% from the previous period to 4.83 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 50.3% from the previous period to 2.40 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, a decrease of 22.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.16 billion yen, a 35.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.3% in the same period last year to 7.2%.
