ASEED HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <9959> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 29.7% from the previous period to 1.41 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.8% to 1.50 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in twenty seven years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 20 yen to 22 yen (compared to 18 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 24 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.31 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 0.9% in the same period last year to 3.6%.
