Nishi-Nippon Financial Holdings,Inc. <7189> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 29.1% from the previous period to 58.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 17.4% to 69.0 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 140 yen, an increase of 22 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 9.67 billion yen, a 7.9% decrease compared to the same period last year.
