TOKYO ENERGY & SYSTEMS INC. <1945> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 65.1% from the previous period to 5.51 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 35.9% to 7.50 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in eleven years.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 77 yen, an increase of 14 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 2.67 billion yen, a 2.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.6% in the same period last year to 9.1%.
