MINATO HOLDINGS INC. <6862> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 6.9 times that of the previous period to 4.04 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 20.8% from the previous period to 3.20 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 12 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 1.70 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.02 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit margin drastically improved from 1.6% in the same period last year to 14.7%.
