TOSO CO., LTD. <5956> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 56.0%, from the previous forecast of 630 million yen to 983 million yen (compared to 773 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 27.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 336 million yen to 689 million yen (compared to 763 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 56.0% to 9.7%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 10 yen to 15.5 yen (compared to 11.5 yen in the previous period).
