CREATE CORPORATION <3024> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 3.0%, from the previous forecast of 810 million yen to 786 million yen (compared to 744 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 8.9% to 5.6%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 4.5%, from the previous forecast of 533 million yen to 509 million yen (compared to 544 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 2.0% to 6.4%.
