Earnings ReportAlpen Co.,Ltd. <3028> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July 2025 to March 2026) decreased 23.2% from the same period last year to 5.55 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 10.5 billion yen was 52.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 59.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to expand 52.9% from the same period last year, reaching 4.94 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.05 billion yen, a 30.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 1.6% in the same period last year to 1.0%.
