Earnings ReportOUG Holdings Inc. <8041> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 15.6% from the previous period to 6.81 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 29.5% from the previous period to 4.80 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 109 yen to 167 yen (compared to 97 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 172 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 5.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.10 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.0% in the same period last year to 1.2%.
