Earnings ReportFUJIFILM Holdings Corporation <4901> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on US-GAAP) in the afternoon session on May 12th (14:00). The consolidated pretax income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 7.6% from the previous period to 366 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated pretax income is expected to grow by 2.3% to 375 billion yen, marking the seventh consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and the seventh consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated pretax income amounted to 104 billion yen, an increase of 1.0% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.3% in the same period last year to 11.0%.
