Guidance Update ReportHIKARI TSUSHIN,INC. <9435> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision at noon (12:30) on May 12th. The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 25.8%, from the previous forecast of 120 billion yen to 151 billion yen (compared to 117 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.1% to 28.5%, reaches new record high for the first time in two terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 62.4%, from the previous forecast of 49.6 billion yen to 80.6 billion yen (compared to 69.3 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 16.4% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
