Earnings ReportSanyodo Holdings Inc. <3058> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (12:30) on May 12th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 66.1% from the previous period to 279 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 28.3% from the previous period to 200 million yen.
At the same time, the company plans to pay a final dividend of 1 yen, reinstating dividends for the first time in ten terms.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 45.8% from the same period last year, reaching 156 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.1% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
