Guidance Update ReportPUNCH INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. <6165> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 11th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 18.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.86 billion yen to 2.20 billion yen (compared to 1.61 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.3% to 36.5%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 41.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.82 billion yen to 1.16 billion yen (compared to 1.00 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 15.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 18.54 yen to 19.56 yen (compared to 19.56 yen in the previous period).
