Guidance Update ReportNittetsu Mining CO.,Ltd. <1515> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 21.0%, from the previous forecast of 16.7 billion yen to 20.2 billion yen (compared to 11.4 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 46.0% to 76.6%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in four years.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 49.1%, from the previous forecast of 7.13 billion yen to 10.6 billion yen (compared to 4.86 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 46.7% to 2.2 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 147 yen to 165 yen (compared to 224 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
