Earnings ReportFTGroup CO.,LTD. <2763> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 11th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 2.3% from the previous period to 6.46 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to drop by 41.2% from the previous period to 3.80 billion yen. This will be the second consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 35 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided (making the annual dividend 55 yen), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 81.5% from the same period last year, reaching 2.29 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 21.0% in the same period last year to 42.9%.
