Earnings ReportNSW Inc. <9739> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on May 11th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 10.3% from the previous period to 5.53 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.5% from the previous period to 5.45 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 85 yen to 125 yen (compared to 85 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 125 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 1.74 billion yen, an increase of 0.1% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.7% in the same period last year to 11.7%.
