Guidance Update ReportKomehyo Holdings Co.,Ltd. <2780> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 8th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 26.5%, from the previous forecast of 6.73 billion yen to 8.51 billion yen (compared to 6.04 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 11.3% to 40.8%, reaches new record high for the first time in two terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 33.1%, from the previous forecast of 5.39 billion yen to 7.17 billion yen (compared to 2.97 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 81.2% to 2.4 times.
