Earnings ReportKAPPA・CREATE CO.,LTD. <7421> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 dropped by 59.6% from the previous period to 0.59 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 2.3 times to 1.38 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the year-end lump-sum dividend, which had previously been undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.09 billion yen, an 85.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 3.7% in the same period last year to 0.5%.
