Earnings ReportOKAMURA CORPORATION <7994> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 2.3% from the previous period to 25.8 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 6.4% to 27.5 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 105 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 13.1 billion yen, a 2.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 14.1% in the same period last year to 13.3%.
