Guidance Update ReportKNT-CT Holdings Co.,Ltd. <9726> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 42.6%, from the previous forecast of 6.80 billion yen to 9.70 billion yen (compared to 7.68 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 26.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated operating profit has decreased 6.2%, from the previous forecast of 6.50 billion yen to 6.10 billion yen (compared to 6.04 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 7.6% to 1.0%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 78.8%, from the previous forecast of 3.67 billion yen to 6.57 billion yen (compared to 5.15 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 27.5% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
