Earnings ReportTOMOKU CO.,LTD. <3946> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 21.8% from the previous period to 11.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.0% to 11.9 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 170 yen, an increase of 40 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 17.6% from the same period last year, reaching 3.36 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.4% in the same period last year to 6.0%.
