Ifuji Sangyo Co., Ltd. <2924> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 6.3% from the previous period to 2.85 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.1% to 2.88 billion yen. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 69 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 7.0% from the same period last year, reaching 0.65 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 8.5% in the same period last year to 7.9%.
