Earnings ReportNojima Corporation <7419> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the morning on May 7th (08:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 21.7% from the previous period to 62.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 22.0% to 76.0 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in six years. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 31 yen to 33 yen (compared to 45 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 20 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 13.2%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 5.2% from the same period last year, reaching 17.2 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 6.7% in the same period last year to 6.5%.
