Earnings ReportARE Holdings, Inc. <5857> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 1st (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 70.7% from the previous period to 24.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 18.7% to 29.0 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in six years. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 135 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 66.1% from the same period last year, reaching 4.87 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.0% in the same period last year to 4.6%.
