M3 Inc, 8% Increase in Net Income for The Current Fiscal Year

Earnings ReportM3, Inc. <2413> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 1st (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 21.3% from the previous period to 49.1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 7.9% to 53.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 22 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 7.45 billion yen, a 6.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 16.2% in the same period last year to 12.9%.
